SPECIAL REQUESTS AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is your responsibility to advise Tubanje PickME Services at the time of purchase of any special need or request for any member of your party. We will use reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, failure to meet any special request will not be grounds for a breach. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all members of the party are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure to any destination.
PRICES, PAYMENT AND CURRENCY
All prices are listed on a per person basis and in the Kenyan Shilling currency unless otherwise indicated. In some cases, additional taxes or fees may apply. Prices are subject to change and do not include tips or gratuities. At times Tubanje PickME services may offer discounts on various occarances. Prices may change at time due to environmental changes.
Payment of any service is accepted through the following ways
Safaricom Mpesa, Airtel Money and T-kash
It is your responsibility to ensure a smooth transport experience with any PickMER (Tubanje PickME driver) Once your payment is recieved you will be issued with a receipt and a code which you will show any driver anywhere who is registered under PickME Drivers. The driver should show you a Tuubanje Drivers ID. You can help us reward our PickMER’s buy simply giving a vote through here. This is for your safety.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
You agree to bring any and all claims or actions relating to the use of the Website within one (1) year after such alleged cause of action arose. If there is an outstanding claim from more than one (1) year of such action, then you agree that the statute of limitations would be exceeded and the claim will be barred.
